Community Healthcare Connections (CHC) is located in Hattiesburg, MS. We are a Christian based agency which originated in 2005. Our organization was founded by two registered nurses, Shermanda Brumfield and LaShanda Champagne, who have over twenty-two years of combined experience caring for the elderly. We are experts in advance senior care, and are committed to ensuring that clients receive all the specialized attention they need. We believe that it is essential to work with clients and their families as a team to assist clients in maintaining the highest possible level of independent living. We strive for excellence in everything that we do.
